This was at the beginning of an athletics meeting at the school where I teach. I had lent the pupils my digital camera, and two others were using the school ones. (I do find digital fantastic for teaching photography.) So I used my Leica M2 with a 17mm Voigtlander lens. Bearing in mind the width of this lens, I put it on the ground next to the first hurdle and pressed the button when the seemed to have arrive. Ok, I know it was luck! Exposure - 1/1000 @ f8 or f11. Film - Fuji ISO 400. Scanned 2700, Minolta 5400.

Dynamic shot! My compliments. The position of the faces also negates the need to get releases from the participants before using. Johne

Sorry - the lens was actually a 15mm Voigtlander!
