Any serious competition for the Nikon AF-S 70-200/F4?

Hi,

I am in the decision making process whethere I should buy the Nikon 70-200/4.0 or a similar telezoom from tamron, Tokina or Sigma. I want to use it on my D800.

What are your experiences with telezooms on the D800? Which one do you prefer and why?
