ARM OR NOT ARM

Hello again to all.
first give thanks to all.
My question is : what is the opinion abaut leaving armed the
camera or not ? Call armed, passed, ready to the nex photo, someone said to me, armed is not good, you got in tension.

Well-Known Member
That's what I've always heard too. The tension between armed and not armed is very little and does not cause wear on the camera. Don't worry about it.

From any earlier thread some time back I remember someone saying that on M cameras the spring is always tensioned. Something like 25% when uncocked and 75% when cocked.
