B&W Film Development process

I develope Kodak plus X pan using ansel adams water bath procedures. Develope for 2 minutes with HC-110 dilution B, then put the film on water for two minutes without agitation, return the film to the HC110 for another two minutes, again water without agitation, finally HC110 for 1 1/2 minutes. The film looks great, excellent contrast and detail in both shadows and highlights.
I do the same with a roll of agfapan ISO 100(develope it for 6 minutes with HC110) and it turn to be under develope. ¿Any body out there, knows the correct develope time for this film?
