My apologies. Sorry to offend you. I don't normaly consider Harriers a comon hawk.

Yeah you had me interested there Ken, so I looked up the National Audubon society. I was curious and a Harrier is a Hawk. I'm always curious about flying gadgets.

"Harriers are very distinctive hawks, long-winged and long-tailed, usually seen quartering low over the ground in open country." so just out of interest is all.

Sorry Danny. I know technically harriers are hawks, I just didn't put much thought into it when I posted. Its one of those things, I don't think of tomatoes as a fruit, so I never put them on my Cheerios. (-:
 
I'm always curious Ken, because you folks up there have so many different species compared to here. You also have totally different names than we use here. For example, your Egrets here we call a "white heron", but they are an egretta. So I'm always curious Ken because I love seeing different birds from around the world that we don't have here.
