Diopter lens source for the 21mm Biogon

Any suggestions regarding a diopter lens source for the 21mm Biogon
finder? Most are pre-mounted, and break when trying to remove the
unwanted frame. I'd want about a +.5 lens.

I've seen the Hacker article,

. He does use a G2 diopter, but they only come in increments like +2, -2, & -4, since they are intended to extend the G2's variable correction.
