Cold!

Must be pretty cold out there.

The 1000F seems to have no problems with low temperatures.
Makes me think of another poster who wrote about similar circumstances.
His camera had no problems but he did!

Here is more, from another trip. The next week-end will go for a nice winter-climbing with the 1000f. Let's see how it performs then :)

Hello Cristif,

It seems you have found a new companion for your climbing trips.
These images once again show the potential of older cameras with modern film.

I love the 4th image from the first post. I like them all, infact, but the 4th one just does something for me.

You mention that you used Ilford Delta 100 - I was wondering whether you have had any experience with Ilford Pan F 50? I would love to try something nice and slow like that for longer exposures

Hello and sorry for my late reply. I strongly recommend the PanF used at wide open aperture. The results are superb. Wish you good luck!

I like your contributions .
But I do not like snow and I will never do .
Is there anything else you can offer , like wonderful grapes for red wine :z04_whip2_1:
or decent temperatures . ? ? ?

Thanks Jurgen,

I will try to find something taken above 0 deg.C. for you. Will come back with an update ;)

Cristif--lovely work--I am very fond of such scenes myself.

Jurgen, you are offending my Canadian sensibilities! Christif's pictures look like fine summer days! :)

And I do not know if ice wine comes in red, but I shall certainly take a look. :z04_bier01:

Here are two older shots celebrating the nice canadian sunny weather :D :)

ps. I cheated with these, I admit, they are taken with my 500 C/M (I don't have yet a flash adapter for the 1000F :( )

Brad,

Canada was on my list to visit.
After this information I removed it from the list.
Might as well go to Alaska, the weather there seems better anyway!

Like Jürgen I have seen enough snow and winter.
