Old non coated Leitz 35 Elmar f35

Hi all,
Pls can someone help me out with reading the old style aperture numbers on this lens with the equivalent modern International f numbers??

The f numbers on the lens are 3,5 4,5 6,3 9 12,5 18

The difference between 3.5 and 4.5 is one FULL stop. The same is true with all(6.3,9,12.5,18)
These are the 1/2 stops between 2.8, 4, 5.6, 8, 11, 16, 22, etc.
Hope that explains it.
