Some try outs for a photo challenge.

Basic set up with a 35mm manual lens and macro extension tubes and 2 spotlights

Thinking about pulling a thread through it tommorow, but this is a little cleaner for now...what do you think? Thread trough the needle or not? And wich one do you like best?

I like the one on the left, and I'd try threading it to see how it looks

+1 to Jasonh.....I would go for a grey color...or even charcoal color....will bring out both the thread and needle color...
