Leitz Leica OZTNO 14088 Shutter Release

I just bought a Leitz APDOO 14003 self timer for my MP on ebay.
I was so proud of myself until I realized that I couldn't use it without an adaptr.
Would that be the Leitz OZTNO 14088 Shutter Release Cable Adaptor?
If I buy that, am I missing anything else?
Found one in a Leica Vintage Camera shop in Austria for 70 Euros, which is about $104 Cdn.
Pretty steep price.
Is there anything else that could do the trick?

Of course if you bought a real Leica, an early M4 say, you would have a built-in self timer.
