According to the reference manual activating control pannel alows you to display each setting on the monitor in the shooting mode. The subject is displayed on the viewfinder.

But when I activate this setting I can only toggle between
Display Control pannel
Display subject on Display
Display subject

I am not able to see the settings on the monitor and the subject in the viewfinder at the same time

does any one have same or other experience
