Inherited a Leica M7 this is my first camera

I love the Digilux 1, this is my daily driver so to speak. This is the one I keep. The M7 is a special series M made of titanium, only 500 made accourding to the Leica web site. Very expensive camera and the value should go up in a few years so this one goes into the vault. I guess I'm now an official "collector". I do have the black and silver c1's and two additional lenses that I'm going to be putting up for sale. I need a little advise on a fair asking price for the lenses. Lens 1 has the following markings "LEICA summicron-m 1:2/50 E39", the second lens is as follows: LEICA TRI-ELMAR-M 1:4/28-35-50 ASPH", any and all help is appriciated.
Thanks
Michael

Are any of the inherited lenses also marked as "titanium"? If so they are part of the M7 titanium collection. Leica lenses are typically made in black anodized or silver chrome finish. Other finishes are considered special (e.g. titanium, black paint, hammertone)

One place to determine used cost is to search the LUG archives. http://leica-users.org/ they typically advertise used items on Friday, other locations are http://www.tamarkin.com http://www.donchatterton.com http://www.photovillage.com also check the Leica Historical Society for more information http://www.lhsa.org

Regards, Roger

Roger, No, the inherited lenses are black, there is one lens in the box on the titanium kit but that one is part of the set. The two lenses in question look used, mint but used. Thanks for the pointer to LUGS
