What if there were parallel universes where all concepts of the true state of physics was thrown out the window?

What if, by circumstance, there were Earthlike worlds being formed in that universe, perhaps by cloning or budding reproduction?

And...perhaps there are planets being formed in that imaginary Universe, by an advanced life form? With their technology, they could create planets that have no purpose other than to act as artistic endeavors in space.
