PowerShot A80 & i865 Canon Printer

Hi,

My parents have just bought a PowerShot A80 and a i865 Printer. All is ok, except a little thing.
If you connect the digital cam to the printer, it works great : the picture is really " fully " printed.
But if you try to print from the computer, it's different : all settings seem to be ok but for every picture there are white borders around...

Is there a way to change it ?
