Transfering movies and photos from camera to pc

not sure where to post this...
I have a new camera, C-360, and it works great but I have a problem when it comes to transfering pics and movies from the camera to the pc. In the display they look great but when I pass them to the pc they get darker! I have a movie, that I can see perfectly in the camera, but I can't see a thing in the pc!!
any help??

I'm new User, here!
Did You sort something better out, transferring pics, now?
If so, I would like to know what were problems and resoluctions. Often, not little differences come out when showing digital pics on different displaies or screens; as well as getting prints!
But I shoot with film-cameras, mainly.
And I like post this to You, friend; since after a year nobody answered You, I see!
