What goes up must come down, but sometimes, just sometimes, what goes down must come up.

Kingfisher with snacks and discarding the pellet they can't digest.

Thanks Larry, appreciated.

That's the manual focus Canon FD 500 F/4.5L at around 40 years old and still going strong (favourite lens here). There's the Sony APS-C and the Oly m4/3 bodies in there.
