Doesn't work for me. Not enough room in the bag and not enough weight allowance on light aircraft, to be adding DSLR bodies willy nilly. :)
Anyway switching cameras between shots of an elephant and her calf, and the little Ox-pecker perched on her back is no where near as efficient as just turning the zoom ring.
 
Well that's right. Only you know the reality of this kit in the field. There are always issues good and bad with these different choices.
