Flash ready pin voltage

If you have any TLA flash, would you mind measuring the voltage of the ready light pin using a multimeter ? Thanks a whole lot. I am trying to repair a Vivitar flash module. The voltage is measured across the ground which is the outer part of the hotshoe and the ready light pin which is at the upper right corner if you are looking into the flash's hot shoe.

Voltage between outer-edge ground contact and various pins: upper right pin is +3.3V, upper left pin is +5.3V, center pin is +3.9V

hi there,

my tla30 reads (when ready light on)
+3.82v for upper right
0.00v for upper left and
+9.72v for the centre pin
